What is the delivery time for my order?

When you order from RestUp, delivery times may differ from what you're used to with local retailers. Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers, we save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our nasal strips at very competitive prices.

Average delivery time is 5-12 business days worldwide.

Specific delivery times by region:

  • USA & Canada: 5-12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 7-12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-16 business days

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?

Due to high demand for our chamomile nasal strips, your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your patience. If the expected delivery period has passed and you haven't received anything, please contact us at info@rest-up.co. We'll investigate what happened to your package and provide an update.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?

To return an item, simply contact our customer service at info@rest-up.co. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from your confirmation email, and the reason for return. We'll send you the return address and confirm the return procedure. You can then send the product back using a courier of your choice.

What are the costs for returns?

Unfortunately, returning items is at your own expense. Costs depend on your chosen courier service. Please check your local postal service or courier website for shipping rates to our return address.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There's always a 30-day return period. This period starts from the day you received the item. However, there are some conditions for returns:

You can only return the item if: ✅ The return period hasn't expired
✅ The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached
✅ The product hasn't been used

Note: For hygiene reasons, nasal strips that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order?

That shouldn't happen. Send an email with your full name and email address to info@rest-up.co, and we'll help you as quickly as possible. Also check your spam/junk folder, as confirmation emails sometimes end up there.

Can I cancel my order?

Want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email to info@rest-up.co as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from your confirmation email, and the reason you want to cancel the order.

Please note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship RestUp chamomile nasal strips worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. All international shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are calculated based on your local regulations and are the customer's responsibility. Additional fees may apply upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your package's progress. If you're having trouble tracking your order or need assistance, contact us at info@rest-up.co.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

If your RestUp nasal strips arrive damaged or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at info@rest-up.co with your order number. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
